Biological Activity

JX24120 is a specific inhibitor for methionine adenosyltransferase MAT2B, directly binds to MAT2B with SPR KD of 4.72 uM, inhibits S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe) synthesis.
JX24120 induced a dose-dependent inhibition on cell viability of endometrial cancer specimens (ECOs) with IC50 of 3-7 uM.
JX24120 (5 mg/kg) induced significant tumor suppression in mice.
JX24120 inhibits energy metabolism and protein synthesis.
JX24120 induces apoptosis in endometrial cancer.
