Biological Activity
JYFY-001 is a small molecule copper chelator with moderate selectivity for targeting copper, potently inhibits cancer proliferation.
JYFY-001 displays weak chelating ability with Na+, K+, Ca2+, Zn2+, Mg2+, or Fe2+
JYFY-001 drastically inhibits the proliferation of two CRC cell lines SW620 and HCT116 with IC50 of 5.95 and 10.41 uM, respectively.
JYFY-001 inhibits glucose metabolism and tumorsphere formation CRC cells.
JYFY-001 (10, 20, and 50 mg/kg) inhibits tumor growth in CRC-transplanted tumor model, increases lymphocyte infiltration in transplanted tumor tissue of CRC.
JYFY-001 plays a synergistic role on PD-1 inhibitor in antitumor activity by increasing the infiltration of lymphocytes in tumor tissue.
