    KAI407 is a potent, non-8-aminoquinoline antamalarial compound that kills Plasmodium cynomolgi early dormant liver stage parasites (IC50=0.69 uM for hypnozoites, IC50=0.64 uM for developing liver stages).
    KAI407 prevents blood stage parasitemia in mice (100mg/kg); orally bioavailable.
