    KDM5A inhibitor compound 1 (ZINC33576) displays high selectivity for KDM5A over both KDM4A (IC50>100 uM) and other KDM5 family members (KDM5B and KDM5C).
    KDM5A inhibitor compound 1 (ZINC33576) is highly potent cytotoxicity to KDM5A-overexpressing breast cancer cell lines (MDA-MB-231 cell, IC50=0.54 uM).
