KF-26777 (KF26777) is a potent and selective adenosine A3 receptor antagonist with Ki of 0.2 nM (human A3 receptor).
KF-26777 displays 9000-, 2350- and 3100-fold selectivity vs. human adenosine A(1), A(2A) and A(2B) receptors, respectively.
KF26777 inhibits the binding of [35S]GTPgammaS stimulated by 1 microM 2-Cl-IB-MECA in competitive binding assays (IC50=250 nM).
KF26777 antagonizes [Ca(2+)](i) mobilization induced by Cl-IB-MECA with K(B) value of 0.42 nM.
