Biological Activity

KU675 is a second-generation C-terminal Hsp90 inhibitor with Kd of 191 and 726 uM for Hsp90α and Hsp90β, respectively.
KU675 ialso displays binding to Hsc70 with Kd of 76.3 uM, reduces the expression of Hsc70-specific client proteins.
KU675 i demonstrates antiproliferative effect against PC3MM2 cells with IC50 of 5-10 uM, for LNCap-LN3, LAPC-4, and C4-2 cells, IC50 if 1.5-2.5 uM.
KU675 i exhibits greater inhibition of Hsp90’s protein folding function than the N-terminal inhibitor, 17-AAG.
