    Biological Activity

    LGR6768 is a potent, selective CDK7 inhibitor with IC50 of 20 nM, >12-fold selectivity over other CDKs.
    LGR6768 shows higher selectivity index than LDC4297 and samuraciclib.
    LGR6768 shows antiproliferative and proapoptotic effect against a panel of 10 cell lines derived from haematological malignancies (IC50=0.4-4 uM).
    LGR6768 downregulates the expression of transcription factors and apoptosis-related genes in the SEM and MOLM-13 cell lines.
