LL-K12-18 is a potent, dual-site molecular glue degrader of cyclin K with DC50 of 0.38 nM in MDA-MB-231 cells, inhibits CDK12 with IC50 of 283.9 nM.
LL-K12-18 shows anti-proliferative effect against MDA-MB-231 cell with EC50 of 37 nM, enhances CDK12-DDB1 protein interaction.
