Biological Activity

MBM-55S (MBM-55 succinic acid salt) is a potent, selective NIMA-related kinase 2 (NEK2) inhibitor with IC50 of 1.0 nM.
MBM-55 effectively inhibits proliferation of MGC-803 cells with IC50 of 0.53 uM.
MBM-55 induces G2/M phase arrest and accumulation of cells in HCT-116 and MGC-803 cells.
MBM-55 triggers apoptosis of cancer cells.
