    MC4762 (Compound 9a) is a potent, dual covalent NOX2/MAOB inhibitor with IC50 of 0.155 uM, selectively inhibits monoamine oxidase B (MAOB over MAOA (465-fold) with IC50 of 0.182 uM.
    MC4762 decreased ROS production and downregulated proinflammatory cytokines as iNOS, IL-1β, and IL-6 expression in BV2 microglia neuroinflammation model.
