Biological Activity

MDOLL-0286 is a potent and selective inhibitor for ADP-ribosylhydrolase 3 (ARH3) with IC50 of 2.3 uM, selective against closely related homologues ARH1.
MDOLL-0286 inhibits ARH3's poly-ADP-ribose hydrolytic activity on cellular substrates.
MDOLL-0286 does not effectively inhibit the hydrolysis of mono-ADP-ribosylation from natural protein substrates.
