Biological Activity

MI-1061 is a potent and efficacious MDM2 inhibitor with binding IC50 of 4.4 nM and Ki of 0.16 nM.
MI-1061 inhibits cell growth in the SJSA-1 and HCT-116 p53+/+ cell lines with IC50 of 100 and 250 nM respectively.
MI-1061 effectively induces robust cleavage of PARP in the tumor, indicative of strong apoptosis induction.
MI-1061 demonstrated strong antitumor activity and achieved significant tumor regression when administered orally daily for 14 days at 100 mg/kg in SJSA-1 xenograft model.
