    Biological Activity

    MI-30 (SARS-CoV-2 Mpro inhibitor MI-30) is a potent, selective SARS-CoV-2 Mpro inhibitor with IC50 of 17.2 nM.
    MI-30 dose-dependently protected SARS-CoV-2-infected Vero E6 cells from death with EC50 of 0.54 uM,
    MI-30 inhibited SARS-CoV-2 virus replication in HPAEpiC cells with EC50 of 1.1 nM in RT-qPCR assays.
    MI-30 (20 mg kg–1 day–1, p.o. or i.p.) reduced lung viral loads and lung lesions in a SARS-CoV-2 infection transgenic mouse model.
