MIF inhibitor 4-IPP is a specific, irreversible, suicide substrate inhibitor of macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF).
4-IPP has IC50 of as 10 times lower than that of ISO-1.
4-IPP inhibits MIF-dependent catalysis and lung adenocarcinoma cell migration and anchorage independent growth.
