Biological Activity

ML334 (LH601A) is a cell permeable inhibitor and cellular probe of Keap1-Nrf2 protein-protein interaction (PPI) with ARE-inducing EC50 of 18 uM, promotes the nuclear translocation of Nrf2 with EC50 of 12 uM in Keap1-Nrf2 functional assay.
ML334 binds to Keap1 Kelch domain, inhibits the Keap1-Nrf2 protein-protein interaction by non-covalent binding.
