Biological Activity

ML359 is a small molecule, specific inhibitor of Protein disulfide isomerase (PDI) with IC50 of 250 nM.
ML359 displays >100-fold selectivity over other thiol isomerases (Erp5, Thioredoxin, Thioredoxin reductase).
ML359 shows no cytotoxicity in three human cell lines, and some activity in inhibiting platelet aggregation in vitro.
