    ML387 (CID3474778) is a potent, selective NAD+-dependent 15-hydroxyprostaglandin dehydrogenase (HPGD) inhibitor with IC50 of 19 nM.
    ML387 dispalys 71-fold selectivity versus ALDH1A1, and >1,000 fold versus LDHA, LDHB, rGAPDH, and HSD17B4.
    ML387 potently promotes PGE2 production in both A549 lung cancer and LNCaP prostate cancer cells.
