ML388 dispalys 71-fold selectivity versus ALDH1A1, and >1,000 fold versus LDHA, LDHB, GAPDH, and HSD17B4.
ML388 potently promotes PGE2 production in both A549 lung cancer and LNCaP prostate cancer cells.
