MMG-11 (MMG11) is a potent and selective TLR2 antagonist with pA2 values of 5.73 and 6.15 (TLR2/1), preferentially inhibits TLR2/1 signaling.
MMG-11 preferentially inhibited TLR2/1 signaling in promoter cells stably expressing TLR2 heterodimers and mouse macrophages.
MMG-11 blocked ligand-induced interaction of TLR2 with MyD88 and reduced MAP kinase and NF-κB activation.
