MO-I-1151 is a second-generation small molecule inhibitor of aspartate β-hydroxylase (ASPH), inhibits cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) cell proliferation and migration.
MO-I-1151 demonstrated more potent inhibitory effects compared to the parent compound MO-I-1100 (Cat# PC-49471).
MO-I-1151 suppressed colony formation in soft agar and CSC sphere formation in H1 CCA cells, and enhanced caspase-3 cleavage.
MO-I-1151 (25 mg/kg, i.p. every other day for 14 days) substantially delayed tumor growth and progression in rat intrahepatic CCA model.
