    MPC-3100 is a novel potent, selective, orally bioavailable Hsp90 inhibitor with IC50 of 0.14 uM.
    MPC-3100 displays antiproliferative activity against a panel of cancer cell lines with IC50 of <1 uM.
    MPC-3100 exhibits good in vitro profiles and a characteristic molecular biomarker signature of Hsp90 inhibition both in vitro and in vivo, shows significant antitumor effects in multiple human cancer xenograft models.
