Biological Activity

MRS4654 is a potent, selective antagonist of Gi protein-coupled P2Y14 receptor (P2Y14R, GPR105) with IC50 of 15 nM and 18.6 nM for human and rat P2Y14R, respectively.
MRS4654 (10 μmol/kg, i.p.) reversed CCI-induced mechano-allodynia in mouse model of neuropathic pain caused by chronic constriction of the sciatic nerve.
