Biological Activity

MT-110 is a potent, selective, brain penetrant non-muscle myosin II (NMII) inhibitor with EC50 of 0.68 uM in cytokinesis assays, >70-fold selectivity over cardiac muscle myosin II (CMII).
MT-110 exhibits efficacy in preclinical models of methamphetamine use disorder (MUD).
MT-110 is capable of producing persistent disruption of methamphetamine (METH) motivation at doses as low as 0.5 mg/kg.
