MTDH-SND1 PPI inhibitor C19 is a small-molecule inhibitor of MTDH-SND1 PPI with IC50 of 487 nM, directly binds to the SND1-purified protein, degrades SND1 and downregulates downstream at the protein level.
C19 inhibits breast cancer cell proliferation (MCF-7 cells, IC50=626 nM) and invasion/migration, arrested cell cycle, and induced cell apoptosis.
C19 demonstrated promising inhibitory efficacy for tumor growth in xenograft models
