MY05 is significantly selective for MYC-expressing cells compared to MYC-nonexpressing cells.
MY05 engages and reduces MYC levels to frustrate the MYC transcriptional program.
MY05 (10 mg/kg) inhibits tumor progression in MDA-MB 468 TNBC mouse model.
