Mesotrypsin inhibitor CP13 is a selective, small molecule inhibitor of mesotrypsin with Ki of 47 uM, 4-fold selective over human trypsin 1 and trypsin 2.
Mesotrypsin inhibitor CP13 shows limited activity against various trypsin-like plasma serine proteases, including Plasma kallikrein, plasmin, thrombin, and factor Xa.
