    Migrastatin is a biologically active natural product isolated from Streptomyces that has been shown to inhibit tumor cell migration.
    Migrastatin potently inhibits cancer metastasis in a murine breast tumor model, blocks Rac activation, lamellipodia formation, and cell migration, interferes with the invasion step of the metastatic process.
