NAT-6-321056 inhibits VEGF-induced cell viability, tube formation, and VEGFR2 phosphorylation in EA.hy 926 cells.
NAT-6-321056 suppresses VEGFR2-associated signaling pathways in EA.hy 926 and SK-N-DZ cells.
NAT-6-321056 (10-20 uM) inhibits angiogenesis in a chorioallantoic membrane model.
NAT-6-321056 shows anti-tumor and anti-angiogenic effects in SK-N-DZ cell-derived zebrafish xenografts.
