DRV1 (GPR32) agonist C2A (NCGC00135472) is a synthetic molecule that activate human resolvin D1 receptor DRV1/GPR32 receptor with EC50 of 0.37 uM and 0.05 uM in β-arrestin and cAMP assays, respectively.
DRV1 (GPR32) agonist C2A (NCGC00135472) elicits rapid impedance changes in cells overexpressing recombinant DRV1, stimulates phagocytosis of serum-treated zymosan at concentrations comparable with that of RvD1, the endogenous DRV1 ligand, in human macrophages.
DRV1 (GPR32) agonist C2A (NCGC00135472) also significantly increases by these chemotypes in DRV1-transfected macrophages in live E. coli.
