ND-L11B treatment downregulated the expression of the NSD2-regulated genes known for their roles in cancer cell proliferation, metastasis and evasion, including: JAM2, MET, PAK1, RRAS2, BACE2, CA2, IGF2BP2, CR2.
ND-L11B exhibited stronger antiproliferative activity on multiple myeloma cell line (KMS11 MM cell, IC50=0.9 uM) and negligible effect on non-malignant normal cell line.
