Biological Activity

NF-56-EJ40 is a highly potent, human-selective antagonist of SUCNR1 (GPR91) with IC50 of 25 nM and Ki of 33 nM.
NF-56-EJ40 is highly selective for human SUCNR1 and showed almost no activity towards rat SUCNR1.
NF-56-EJ40 significantly interrupt succinate/IL-1β signal in HUVECs and macrophages.
