NH4-6 is a potent, selective pan SIRT1-3 inhibitor with IC50 of 3.0/0.032/2.3 uM for SIRT1/2/3, respectively.
NH4-6 does not inhibits SIRT5 and SIRT6.
NH4-6 (30 mg/kg) significantly impaired tumor growth in HCT-116 tumor xenograft.
