NSC95682 is a potent and selective inhibitor of IRE1 endoribonuclease with IC50 of 0.41 uM.
NSC95682 binds to IRE1 in a specific, reversible and dose-dependent manner and inhibits XBP-1 splicing induced pharmacologically in human cells.
NSC95682 inhibits XBP-1 splicing in vivo model of acute ER stress.
