ODM-209 inhibits the proliferation of hormone-positive tumor cells.
CYP11A1, a mitochondrial enzyme, catalyzes the conversion of cholesterol to pregnenolone (Preg), which is the first rate-limiting step in steroid hormone biosynthesis.
