    OP-5244 is a highly potent, orally bioavailable CD73 inhibitor with biochemical IC50 of 0.25 nM.
    OP-5244 inhibited adenosine production in both human cancer cells and CD8+ T cells.
    OP-5244 lowered the ratio of ADO/AMP significantly and reversed immunosuppression in mouse models.
