Biological Activity

ORIC-533 is a potent, selective, AMP-competitive and orally bioavailable ectonucleotidase CD73 inhibitor.
ORIC-533 decreases adenosine generation, overcomes immune suppression, and restores immune cell-mediated MM cell lysis.
ORIC-533 induces autologous MM cell killing in MM BM-MNCs in a dose-dependent manner.
ORIC-533 activates MM-BM pDCs in the MM bone marrow microenvironment.
ORIC-533 induces NK cell-mediated cytotoxicity in MM and enhances autologous MM cell killing in combination with Daratumumab.
