PFK-015 (PFK15) does not inhibit PFK-1, hexokinase, phosphoglucose isomerase and PFKFB4, and has no activity against a panel of 96 kinases.
PFK-015 (PFK15) inhibits cancer cell viability (H522 cell IC50=0.72 uM) and induces apoptosis.
PFK-015 (PFK15) suppresses the glucose uptake and exhibits antitumor effects in human xenograft models.
