PHA-680632 is a potent, highly selective Aurora kinase inhibitor with IC50 of 27, 135 and 120 nM for Aurora A, B and C, respectively.
PHA-680632 exhibits at least 30- to 200-fold selectivity against a panel of 22 kinases compared with Aurora A.
PHA-680632 has potent antiproliferative activity in a wide range of cancer cell types (IC50=0.06-7.15 uM).
PHA-680632 shows significant tumor growth inhibition in different animal tumor models at well-tolerated doses.
