Biological Activity

Perhexiline is a prophylactic antianginal agent that inhibits carnitine palmitoyltransferase (CPT1/CPT2).
Perhexiline promotes HER3 ablation through receptor internalization and inhibits tumor growth.
Perhexiline activates KLF14 and reduces atherosclerosis by modulating ApoA-I production.
