Plerixafor octahydrochloride (JM-3100, AMD3100) can produce mesenchymal stem cells and endothelial progenitor cells in mice in combination with VEGF.
Plerixafor octahydrochloride (JM-3100, AMD3100) also is an allosteric agonist of CXCR7.
