Polyphyllin VI attenuates miR-18a mimic or Rell2 siRNA-augmented migration of MDA-MB-231 cells. Polyphyllin VI inhibits the proliferation of glioma cell lines by modulating the G2/M phase, promotes apoptosis, autophagy, increases accumulation of ROS and activates ROS-modulated JNK and p38 pathways. Polyphyllin VI inhibited tumor growth of U87 cell line in nude mice.
