Biological Activity
Pomalidomide (CC4047) is a potent IKZF1 degrader with DC50 of 6 nM and Dmax=86%, has no effect on IKZF2 protein levels up to 50 μM.
Pomalidomide is potent inhibitor of TNF-α production, inhibits LPS-induced TNF-α release with IC50 of 13 nM in PBMCs, upregulates interferon gamma, IL-2 and IL-10.
