Povorcitinib (INCB054707) reduces IFN signaling and ameliorates cutaneous lesions in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).
Povorcitinib (INCB054707) dose-dependently reduced the incidence and severity of cutaneous lesion, abrogated lymphoid tissue and spleen enlargement in a preclinical model of cutaneous lupus erythematosus.
