RA475 cytotoxicity is mildly synergistic with cisplatin
RA475 (0.5 μM and 1 μM) induces accumulation of very high molecular weight polyubiquitinated proteins in SKOV3 cells.
RA475 stabilizes proteasome reporter protein 4UbFL in vitro and in vivo.
RA475 profoundly inhibits the intraperitoneal growth of the ID8-luciferase ovarian tumor model.
