    Biological Activity

    RBS-10 is a small molecule that shows preferential cytotoxicity against cells pan-resistant to degraders, acts as a prodrug bioactivated by the oxidoreductase enzyme NQO1.
    RBS-10 inhibits the enzymatic activity of NQO1, againin intact cells and in vitro.
    RBS-10 metabolism induces apoptosis via ROS and DNA damage in an NQO1-dependent manner and this bioactivation is indispensable for the cytotoxic outcome.
