RDN009 (RDN-009) is a potent, selective, and covalent ZAP-70 kinase inhibitor with IC50 of 55 nM.
RDN009 showed good selectivity for ZAP-70 over structurally related Syk (IC50>1,000 nM).
RDN009 displayed potent inhibitory effects on T cell proliferation, activation, and inflammatory cytokine production.
RDN009 demonstrated covalent linkage to ZAP-70 protein at C346.
RDN009 is a potent and selective probe of ZAP-70 for further development for treatment of autoimmune diseases.
