RG108 efficiently blocks DNA methylation, both in a cell-free in vitro system and in human cancer cell lines.
RG108 caused demethylation and reactivation of tumor suppressor genes, but it did not affect the methylation of centromeric satellite sequences. and dihydroartemisinin treatment synergize to trigger ferroptosis in cancer cells
