Biological Activity

Daraxonrasib (RMC-6236) is a first-in-class broad-spectrum RAS (ON) multi-selective inhibits, inhibits active state of both mutant and wild-type KRAS, NRAS and HRAS variants.
RMC-6236 exhibits potent anticancer activity across RAS-addicted cell lines, particularly those harboring mutations at codon 12 of KRAS.
Oral administration of RMC-6236 is tolerated in vivo and drives profound tumor regressions across multiple tumor types in a mouse clinical trial with KRASG12X xenograft models.
