    Biological Activity

    RTICBM-303 is a potent, selective negative allosteric modulator (NAM) of CB1 receptor with pIC50 of 7.07 in Ca2+ assays.
    RTICBM-303 concentration dependently reduces the Emax of the agonist CP55,940, and increases [3H]CP55,940 binding.
    RTICBM-303 (10 mg/kg, i.p.) significantly and selectively reduced both cue-induced and drug-primed reinstatement of METH-seeking behavior in rats, without altering operant responding for food.
