Biological Activity

SARM1 inhibitor 7 is a potent, selective sterile alpha and TIR Motif Containing 1 (SARM1) inhibitor with biochemical IC50 of 0.3 uM (hSARM1).
SARM1 inhibitor 7 blocks vacor-induced neurite degeneration in iMotor neurons.
SARM1 inhibitor 7 is selective against a selection of NADases such as CD38 and CD157, and a panel of closely related enzymes.
SARM1 inhibitor 7 (50 mg/kg) showed efficacy in mouse SNI model following oral administration.
